| Linear Guideways with the "Q1" option have a special resin-made ball spacer which works as both damper and oil retainer. This spacer absorbs the vibration through contact and the lubricant is released on the area working with the balls.
Features:
- Lower Noise
The spacer significantly reduces the sound pressure level (SPL) of the standard guideway, especially under a higher moving velocity.
- Softer Tone
Some noise tone can be eliminated even at a higher velocity. Linear Guideways with the "Q1" option are easier on the ears.
- Higher Reliability
The constant lubricant-releasing mechanism improves reliabilty and lowers maintenance costs.
