  • The accuracy of the bearing assembly on ballscrews or spindles will be affected by the contact surface of the lock nuts, as well as the thread match.

  • Poor perpendicularity of the contact surface respective to the internal thread will result in displacement of the bearing and deflection of the spindle, with increases noise and fatigue of the spindle and bearing.
